CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY
ID Fitness provides our customers a 14 day cancellation and return policy. If you wish to cancel or return your purchase, please send us an email with order id number and description and we will guide you through the cancellation and return process.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 business days.
